I love taking information (in the form of research, user studies, brainstorms, dreams, microsoft documents, slack messages, voicemails, illegible notes and cocktail napkins) and transforming it into beautiful, focused products and designs.
I am a long time creative director and UX UI designer, living in Golden, Colorado.
My passion for this work, combined with technical proficiency and a solid creative background has given me a successful career for many years. I have designed almost everything under the sun - from websites to billboards to applications to packaging. I have worked wearing many hats and worked with large teams. I know that no matter the project or client - research, empathy, collaboration and quality design are key.
I am always learning. I earned an MFA while working in the ad biz in Chicago and recently completed the Google UX Certification. I was (once upon a time) a master digital photo retoucher. And yoga instructor - if you’re looking for that sort of thing.
Other parts of my life include art, skiing, hiking and being ridiculous with my two kids.
